    • Marketing & promotions
    • Secure payments & customer support
  • Suppliers only need to supply quality products.
  • A flat 30% commission on total sale amount (including shipping).
  • Commission is charged only when a product is sold.
  • Suppliers are paid only for products sold.
  • Real-time order notifications sent for each order.
  • Ceylon Mate arranges shipping and deducts commission automatically.
  • Suppliers receive payouts weekly or monthly.
  • Products must be high-quality and in stock.
  • Refunds/returns due to supplier product issues deducted from payouts.
  • Ceylon Mate is not responsible for unsold or expired products.
  • Ceylon Mate can remove any product from the platform if issues occur.

Seller Visibility on Platform

  • 👀 Customers can view your full product list with one click.
  • 🧾 No dashboard needed – Ceylon Mate manages everything.
  • 💰 No hidden fees – Stripe fees are included in the commission.
  • 🧾 If your products include GST (10%), please include it in the listed price.
  • 📊 Ceylon Mate automatically deducts and reports GST. Do not add it separately.
  • 📧 Communication is via Email and WhatsApp only. Phone calls only if necessary.
  • 💸 Payouts are made after every order – no delays.

Seller Responsibilities

All sellers must:

  • 😊 Provide friendly and responsive service
  • ⏱️ Prepare orders on time for pickup or delivery
  • 📢 Inform Ceylon Mate and customers of any delays or issues in advance
  • 🧼 Store products cleanly, safely, and properly
  • 🛍️ Do not change prices or packaging without prior approval
  • 🚫 If your shop is temporarily unavailable, even briefly, inform Ceylon Mate in advance
    • ❗If not informed and orders are placed, the seller is responsible for refund-related charges
